We have plans to re-settle in tax haven Ireland, and to open DBHD GDF INSTITUTE
there - next airport 22 km - and corporate tax 12,5 % - a quiet place for thinking and
working with more concentration - HAGEN is too loud - we work with ear plugs here.
Its a pretty old and cold building, where we have to do insulation works to keep this
old box alive - but we love it ! - we love the nature around and the idea to do walks
on our own 45 ha grounds - to discuss scientific and technological matters deeply.
We have to serve a world with 437 NPP - so whereever we settle we are not there,
but whereever we settle we are right, if there is a local and an international airport

To the people who have build Clonhugh Lodge Estate RESPECT for your creation !
The architecture of the house is outstanding !! - The garden & farm setting compares
with highest standards ! - And the interior design is super well done ! Decent all over.
It must be incredibly hard to leave such a place ! - i wonder who is left over after so
much time ? Old first lady alone ? What if you just stay with us there - live on there.
Accept a much smaller bedroom, be very tolerant and live on in this beautiful lodge.
To the people who maintain the Lodge - Well done, you do a very good work. - Its
the balance of : this has to be, but nothing over the top - It takes a lot of power to
keep it all so nice and clean ! as on the photos of 2022. - Just continue your work.
We like horses - we like to see them as part of the landscape - we let some young
people of this area have a ride - for that they enjoy their countries options - and i
want to have a sail boat on this 10 km2 lake - because that is my personal joy ...
We are physicists with computers, geologists with hammers and boots, Drill-Tech
Experts, i am the architect, and we have engineers - we do plans - there will be a
lot more people in the house then now - Lets love Ireland and work in this Lodge.
